Bail denied for accused in Red Deer stabbing
Bail has been denied for a man accused of stabbing a Walmart loss prevention officer in Red Deer this spring.
Raine William Gray, 25, was denied bail in Red Deer provincial court this week and returns on August 18 to potentially enter a plea.
Gray is charged with aggravated assault and failure to comply with a release order in the May 22 incident.
It was approximately 4:00 p.m. that day when Red Deer RCMP received a report of a physical altercation at the south Walmart.
