Bail has been denied for the man accused in the death of his girlfriend this spring, a young mother from Bowden.
Ross Arran McInnes, 27, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of 25-year-old Kirsten O’Donoghue (Gardner) who was found dead in her Bowden apartment on March 22.
RCMP say McInnes, of Bowden, was arrested at the scene.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled to take place from June 20-24, 2022 to determine if McInnes’s case has enough evidence to go to trial.
