Rise in Red Deer’s active cases slows over last week
Red Deer’s record active caseload of COVID-19 cases continues rising, though not at quite a hot pace.
The number of active cases in the city is now 733, up six from Friday. In the last week, the active caseload has risen just over 19 per cent. The week prior, the increase was over 57 per cent.
Conversely, recoveries over the last week have gone up nine per cent, in comparison to just more than 4.5 per cent the week prior.
However, the record high has increased every day since April 24.
