Gr. 3-6 students at Stettler Elementary moving to online learning
Due to the high number of staff and students impacted by either a positive COVID-19 result or being deemed a close contact, Clearview Public Schools says Stettler Elementary School will be transitioning to at-home learning for Grades 3 to 6.
It’s a two-week measure that will be in effect through the end of Friday, May 14. At this time, the division is planning for students to be back in classrooms on Monday, May 17. Friday, April 30 will be a non-student day for students in Grade 3 to 6 to allow school staff to plan and prepare for the next two weeks.
Classes will continue in-school for Grades Pre-Kindergarten/Kindergarten to Grade 2.
It was also announced on Thursday that Calgary school students in Grades 7 to 12 will be learning at home for a few more weeks.
