Canadian Army soldiers to train near Caroline

Apr 9, 2021 | 11:09 AM

Approximately 35 Canadian Army soldiers from 41 Canadian Brigade Group (41 CBG) will conduct training in the Caroline area on Saturday, April 10.

Uniformed soldiers and military vehicles will be visible travelling through the Town of Caroline and the local area during the exercise. Training activities will occur outside the town.

Officials say all exercise participants will adhere to stringent public health measures recommended by the Canadian Forces Health Services Group, the Public Health Agency of Canada and Alberta Health Services.

The training is a requirement for participating soldiers to become qualified in their respective occupations and requires a suitable austere environment to complete.
