Power outage scheduled for Sunday in downtown Red Deer

Some downtown residents should be prepared for a planned power outage on Sunday, March, 28 between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

As a result of the power outage, some traffic signals will be out of service. Drivers are reminded to treat uncontrolled intersections as a four-way stop and yield the right-of-way to drivers on the right.

The outage will affect some residences in the northern area of downtown. Businesses and residents who will be affected will receive notices in advance of the outage.
