Red Deer adds three COVID-19 deaths, active cases down to 362
Red Deer has added three more deaths linked to COVID-19, according to Alberta Health, for a total of 29.
The death of a man in his 40s is linked to the COVID-19 outbreak at Olymel, while the death of a woman in her 70s is linked to the outbreak at Michener Services. Both deaths occurred March 2 with both cases including comorbidities.
A man in his 50s also passed away on March 2. The case also included comorbidities.
The number of active cases in Red Deer continues trending downward and now sits at 362 as of Thursday, a decrease of 47 over the past 24 hours.
