Service Hour Changes

Change to customer service hours at Red Deer RCMP detachment

Beginning Monday, February 1, the customer service hours at the downtown Red Deer RCMP detachment (4602 – 51 Ave) will change.

The customer service front counter will be closed Saturdays, Sundays and stat holidays. The new hours that take effect February 1 are:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays: Closed

Red Deerians are encouraged to use the online tools for commonly-required services such as reporting suspicious activity or applying for a criminal record check.

Residents can also report minor crimes and suspicious activities online by visiting www.reddeer.ca/rcmp. The online tool can be used to report:

• Theft or loss of items valued under $5000
• Vandalized property with damages less than $5000
• Suspicious activity with no suspect (i.e. individuals checking car door handles in a neighbourhood)

The non-emergency line (403-343-5575) will remain unchanged, available 24/7.
