The Rocky Online Festival returns this Friday

Jan 28, 2021 | 3:06 PM

After two successes during the 2020 holiday season, the Rocky Online Festival is returning once again to allow an inside look at local businesses.

The event is put on by FestivalSeekers, part of SeekersMedia, which is an online magazine that puts a spotlight on lesser-known festivals in Alberta and B.C.

In 2020, the festival showcased 11 businesses in Rocky Mountain House through Facebook Live, videos for which can still be viewed.

The festival will be broadcast live on the FestivalSeekers‘, The Rocky Chamber‘s, and B94’s Facebook pages.

The first local business to live stream will be the Tea Rocks Shop with Christine Foesier at 11 a.m.

At noon, Showroom Auto Detailing will be on and they’ve said they intend to have fun with their allotted time.

Rocky Mountain Mudd Coffee will be displaying their delicious coffee blends at 1 p.m.

To end the day at 3 p.m., local restaurant Grillers Steakhouse will be showcasing their brand new takeout system called ‘Steakout.’

They will also have a Playstation 5 giveaway to be unveiled during their livestream.

The Rocky Online Festival will return February 5 with yet another new lineup of local businesses to showcase.
