Blackfalds RCMP busy responding to collisions on area highways

Blackfalds RCMP says they responded this morning to several collisions throughout Highways 2, 2A, 11 and 11A.

Police say road conditions are poor for travel an are asking motorists to “please avoid unnecessary travel, and if it can’t be avoided, drive according to winter conditions. Slow down and leave lots of space between vehicles.”

The RCMP says it is dedicated to helping ensure that community members have a safe holiday season, starting with safe travels.
