Rocky Mountain House RCMP lay charges following pellet gun shootings
Rocky Mountain House RCMP have made arrests and laid charges following three separate shooting-related incidents resulting in injuries.
On Nov. 18, two separate occurrences in the evening led to victims being hit by pellets fired from a suspect vehicle. Mounties say the vehicle was identified by RCMP and on Nov. 20, the vehicle was subject to a stop and arrests were made.
Police say their investigation has determined that the suspects arrested were also connected to a prior occurrence on Nov. 5 where another victim was hit by a pellet.
One adult male and two male youths have been charged in connection with the three different incidents. They are each facing 10 criminal charges including aggravated assault, criminal negligence causing bodily harm and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
