Pair busted for drug trafficking in Rocky Mountain House

A man and woman face several charges on the heels of a drug trafficking investigation this month in Rocky Mountain House.

The investigation by the Rocky Mountain House RCMP General Investigation Section and Crime Reduction Team led police to execute a CDSA search warrant at a residence in town. As a result of the investigation police seized a large amount of methamphetamine and cocaine.

Dana Lynn Morin, 28, and Lucas Barth, 21, of Rocky Mountain House are both charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking (two counts) and failing to comply with a Release Order.

Both Morin and Barth were remanded into custody to appear in court on Nov. 25 in Rocky Mountain House.

Rocky Mountain House RCMP says the disruption to drug trafficking remains one of their priorities.
