Dr. Hinshaw shares COVID-19 update for Nov. 16

Alberta’s chief medical officer of health is set to provide her latest update on the COVID-19 situation in the province.

Dr. Deena Hinshaw will speak during a news conference scheduled for 4:30 p.m. You can watch the news conference below once it begins.

Alberta recorded 991 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday after settng a new daily record with 1,026 new cases on Saturday.

Hinshaw repeated on Sunday that Alberta is at a critical point in the pandemic, saying everyone has a say in how the province will fare in the weeks and months ahead.
