Alberta surpasses 8,000 active cases of COVID-19
Alberta added another 713 cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday to bring the overall total to 34,873.
The number of tests completed over the past 24 hours, along with the number of people tested, remains unavailable due to ongoing technical difficulties with Alberta Health’s website.
The province now has 8,090 active cases of the virus, an increase of 125.
Alberta has had 26,407 recovered cases, which is 581 more than Monday.
