City issues call for applications for Community Recreation Enhancement Grant

Non-profit groups are invited to apply for funding through The City of Red Deer’s Community Recreation Enhancement Grant. The program provides funding to enhance the delivery of community recreation programs, services and events in Red Deer.

This grant program typically accepts applications in two intakes, on April 1 and October 1. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the program was temporarily suspended, affecting the spring deadline. However, The City is now accepting applications for the fall intake; completed applications must be submitted prior to October 1.
