Police responded just after 1 a.m. after a male suspect had entered the hotel through the back door carrying a handgun.

“When the male could not locate a staff member, he apparently became nervous and fled the hotel. No one was injured, and nothing was taken during this incident,” police say in a release.

The male is described as:

– 5’8” to 6’ tall

– Slim build, wearing a black baseball cap and a black balaclava
