MONTANA FIRST NATION – The RCMP Major Crimes Unit have laid a charge of second degree murder following a death on the Montana First Nation on Tuesday.
It was just before 11 p.m. when Maskwacis RCMP responded to assist EMS with a severely injured male.
An RCMP media release says the male was located outside a residence and was declared deceased on scene. The death was determined to be suspicious.
Dylon Samuel Saddleback, 19, of Ponoka has been charged with second degree murder in the death of Joshua Dennehy, 23, of the Montana First Nation.
