Alberta Mounties warn of high risk offender’s release

In the interest of public safety, Alberta RCMP are issuing notice of the release of a high risk offender to the public.

Kyle Dennis Johnny, 37, was released on Friday after having served 10 years and nine months for aggravated assault and robbery.

Johnny, who will be residing in Saddle Lake, is described as:

· Indigenous male;

· 180 cm (5’11);

· Brown hair and brown eyes.

Mounties say Johnny has been convicted of multiple offences including manslaughter, assault causing bodily harm, robbery and aggravated assault.

“The RCMP believes that there is a risk of significant harm to the health and safety of the public,” reads a media release.
