Four in hospital after rollover on QEII near Ponoka

The QEII Highway, just north of Ponoka near Menaik Road, could be down to one lane for several hours following a serious crash Friday morning.

RCMP say they responded to a single vehicle rollover just after 11:30. The vehicle went off the highway and onto the shoulder.

The vehicle had four occupants, all of whom were taken to hospital. One was taken from the scene to Edmonton hospital via STARS Air Ambulance.

Traffic is down to one lane southbound and is slow moving.
