Wild Rose School Division to hear feedback on safety concerns from structural assessments
The Wild Rose School Division is taking a closer look at the state of infrastructure in some Drayton Valley schools to address and resolve ongoing problems.
Structural assessments are being completed during the month of June at H.W. Pickup School, Eldorado School, and Frank Maddock High School.
The structural engineer will provide the school division with recommendations regarding safety concerns or necessary repairs for each of the school buildings.
WRSD says the information gathered will also be used to guide their Drayton Valley Regional School Facility Solution to resolve the outstanding structural issues at H.W. Pickup School, facility utilization, and aging school facility infrastructure in Drayton Valley.
