Sylvan Lake’s John Flynn named Football Alberta Atom/Pee Wee Coach of the Year

John Flynn of the Sylvan Lake Bears has been recognized at Football Alberta’s Atom/Pee Wee Football Coach of the Year.
2019 was another great year for the Bears as they claimed their second championship in a row.
“Flynn has led the Bears for the past 10 years and is well regarded in both the Sylvan Lake and Central Alberta areas as a quality coach who radiates the love of the game to his players,” Football Alberta says in a release.
This year the Bears adapted to their lower numbers and joined the 9-Man division of the Central Alberta Pee-Wee League and ran the board undefeated.
