Alberta officials share COVID-19 update for May 14

Alberta’s chief medical officer of health and other officials will give an update on the COVID-19 situation in the province.

Dr. Deena Hinshaw will speak at a media conference scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m. (Thursday, May 14). You can watch it live below.

Thursday marks the first day for Stage 1 of Alberta’s phased relaunch plan.

On Wednesday, Alberta surpassed 5,000 recoveries from COVID-19, while there are just over 1,200 active cases.
