Innisfail RCMP arrest stolen vehicle suspect
Mounties in Innisfail are reminding residents to continue reporting suspicious activity in their neighbourhoods following the arrest of a teen in a stolen vehicle Wednesday.
On Mar. 25 at approximately 10:30 a.m., Innisfail RCMP received a call from a vehicle owner advising that his red Chevrolet Silverado was just stolen. Members located the stolen truck allegedly driving in an extremely dangerous manner at high rates of speed.
At approximately 11:30 a.m. RCMP successfully deployed a spike belt resulting in the stolen vehicle being disabled and the lone male driver being taken into custody without incident.
Jordan Kyle Glasgow, 19, of Red Deer County, has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime, theft of motor vehicle, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, driving while prohibited, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, fail to comply with multiple probation conditions, and multiple provincial offenses.
