Reeve shares words of encouragement with Clearwater County residents

Clearwater County Reeve Tim Hoven issued a statement Monday to share some words of encouragement as the COVID-19 pandemic continues.

Hoven noted the last five years have been difficult due to tough economic times, but that these tough times have created a community filled with strong people.

Hoven acknowledged that the toughest days are ahead of us, not behind us, when it comes to the pandemic. But he assures residents that Clearwater County is doing everything within its power to be prepared.

The county has cancelled all non-essential public and staff events until March 31… and is limiting all non-essential visitors into its facilities.

County council is scheduled to meet today (March 24) starting at 9 a.m. Members of the public are asked to stay home and can follow along through a live stream available at the county website.
