Vision 2020: A new exhibit at Red Deer Museum and Art Gallery

It’s hard not to draw a connection between the year 2020 and vision.

For the next Kiwanis Gallery exhibit, the Red Deer Arts Council invited its visual arts members to share their vision for 2020. The theme is open to many interpretations and this tested our members’ imaginations! Wait until you see what direction our members have taken with this idea.

Thirteen artists are represented, with 23 artworks that take very different approaches to the theme. See the results of their explorations, as they sought relationships between visual art and vision, whether literal or metaphorical. This is an exciting exhibition open to myriad possibilities.
