Red Deer RCMP arrest and charge “prolific offender”

Last week, Red Deer RCMP arrested and laid charges against a prolific offender who had several outstanding warrants.

Lee Pratt, 26, was identified as part of Red Deer RCMP’s crime reduction strategy PINPOINT that targets repeat and chronic offenders in Red Deer.

Pratt was arrested without incident on Feb. 6, and was found in possession of a sawed off .22 rifle, ammunition and drugs for the purpose of trafficking.

Pratt faces nine drug and weapon-related charges and remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in Red Deer provincial court on Feb. 12.
