RCMP seize large amount of diesel fuel following gas card theft
A Red Deer man that’s known to police is facing well over 20 new charges, including counts under the Alberta Dangerous Goods and Alberta Fuel Tax Act following an RCMP investigation into a stolen fuel card complaint last month.
Adam Wade Bogusky, 35, has been charged in relation to a commercial amount of stolen diesel, along with a variety of other stolen property.
On Nov. 13, Red Deer RCMP received a complaint of a stolen fuel card from a company truck. The card was used that day in the purchase of 1,500 litres of diesel. The Red Deer RCMP Crime Reduction Team (CRT) identified the subject responsible through surveillance video.
