Rebels fall 4-2 in Lethbridge
The Red Deer Rebels came up on the short end of a 4-2 decision at the hands of the Lethbridge Hurricanes Wednesday night at the Enmax Centre in Lethbridge.
It’s the second loss in a row for the Rebels, who return home for two games this weekend before heading their separate ways for the holiday break.
The Hurricanes, meantime, earned their second win in a row despite missing Dylan Cozens, Calen Addison, and Oliver Okuliar to World Juniors tryout camps.
The first period of Wednesday’s game ended scoreless despite Red Deer outshooting Lethbridge 11-4.
