Red Deer County launches employee recruitment video series

As part of their ongoing recruitment process, Red Deer County has launched a new series of videos that showcase employee views on their experience at the County.
The County says the videos produced by Michael Saby Media showcase employees who have gained new skills and made life-long friendships while working in its various departments.
Employees from Planning and Development Services, Corporate Services, and Protective Services share their unique experiences, while citing the development of transferable skills such as project management and leadership.
“These videos show employees from very different areas of our organization who have all become amazing team member,” says Jana Erichson, Human Resources Manager. “Although they have each had different experiences while working at the County, they all reflect the values that we share here. We are so proud of all of our employees and the progress they make in their careers.”
