Red Deer County launches farming engagement survey

Red Deer County’s Know to Grow project is conducting a survey to gather opinions on modern farming. The goal is to help urban residents and their farming and ranching neighbors in Red Deer County connect.
The survey hopes to gain a better understanding of the target audience as well as develop and deliver tools and activities to help bring producers and consumers together.
According to County Agricultural Services staff member Aimee Delaney, “The Know To Grow goal is to help urban residents and their farming and ranching neighbours in Red Deer County connect, relate and build trust in each other.”
For every survey submitted, Know to Grow will donate $2 towards the Red Deer Food Bank. (To a maximum of $500). Survey deadline is January 15, 2020.
