Red Deer Mounties seeking five sets of stolen tires

Red Deer RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance after five sets of tires were stolen from a Red Deer business.

RCMP say it was in the early morning hours of November 8 (Friday) when a window was broken at Fountain Tire (5195 67A Street). The following items were stolen:

· Four 215/60R17 Sailun Iceblazer tires on black steel wheels

· Four 235/70R16 Federal Himalaya Inverno tires

· Four LT265/70R18 GT Radial AT Adventuro

· Four 225/45R18 Sailun Iceblazer (studded)

· Four 215/55R17 Dunlop Winter Maxx on black steel wheels

Police continue to investigate this break-in, and are asking the public for assistance in locating the tires or those responsible for the theft. If you see these tires for sale under suspicious circumstances or have information about these thefts, please call the Red Deer RCMP at 403-343-5575 or call your local police detachment.
