Hunting Hills students to host annual Veteran’s Dinner

Students and local veterans will be gathered at Hunting Hills High School in Red Deer Tuesday evening for an annual event aimed at recognizing the service of both current and past Canadian military members.

The Veteran’s Dinner begins at 6:00 p.m. in the school’s gathering area.

In 2018, Hunting Hills students provided veteran’s in attendance a three-course turkey dinner, student performances and a gift at the conclusion of the evening.

School officials say the annual Veterans’ Dinner is open to as many veterans as possible from the community who are able to attend.
