Red Deer Catholic Regional Schools wins communications awards

RED DEER- The Red Deer Catholic Regional Schools (RDCRS) communications department won two BRAVO Awards at a national communications conference in Winnipeg on Monday.

The Canadian Association of Communicators in Education recognizes and honours exemplary work in all aspects of school public relations, communications, marketing and engagement.

“The Board of Trustees is thrilled to see the outstanding, high-quality work of our communications team recognized by their peers in the communications industry,” said Board Chair, Anne Marie Watson at Red Deer Catholic Regional Schools.

“We would like to congratulate our communications department on winning these BRAVO Awards. Our division strives for excellence. It is great to see not only our students but also our staff be recognized for their achievements,” said Superintendent, Dr. V. Paul Mason.

The department received an award for their 12 Days of Christmas project and an Award of Distinction Communications Piece for the RDCRS READS Book Talk Videos.
