‘Meet the Author’ event this weekend

Red Deer Public Library is inviting the public to meet featured authors and learn about their books from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. this Saturday, October 25, at the Timberlands Branch (300 Timothy Drive).

October is Library Month and what better way to commemorate the importance of books and reading then by meeting, and supporting local authors! Book signings and sales will be available.

Featured authors are:

For Youth:
Jessica Renwick – The Book of Chaos, The Guitar of Mayhem
Jeff Powers – Dinosaurs: a coloring book
Bee L. Hall (author) and T. Ames (illustrator) – What Bee Will You Bee

For Adults:
Larry Stewart – Man on the Run
K.E. Barron – The Eye of Verishten, The Immortal Serpent
C.R. MacFarlane – Augment, Traitor, Human
