Ross Street Patio removal next week

The Ross Street Patio will be removed by city staff next week.

On October 8 and 9, the right lane of Ross Street will close from 49 Avenue to Gaetz Avenue (westbound).

Lane closures will take place on Ross Street from 4 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both October 8 and 9, as workers remove the patio and its features on October 8, and re-paint lane markers and parking stalls on October 9. There will always be one lane of through traffic open during the removal and painting.

Drivers are reminded to slow down when driving in construction zones and obey all signs, and pedestrians are reminded to cross only at designated crosswalks.

All road construction is weather dependent and schedules may be subject to change. Details about road closures across the city are available online at reddeer.ca/roadclosures.
