A Red Deer man accused of setting two vehicles on fire in Red Deer in July will face a preliminary hearing next year.
Lyle Tuck, 43, is charged with two counts arson. He has pleaded not guilty and a prelim is scheduled for March 18, 2020 in Red Deer provincial court.
On July 23 at 3:25 a.m., Red Deer RCMP and Red Deer Emergency Services were called to a Terrace Park residence where a vehicle was on fire. Another call came about a half hour later for another vehicle on fire at a separate address in Terrace Park.
Some residents were briefly evacuated from their homes, but there were no injuries.
