The Calgary Police Service Homicide Unit is seeking public assistance in relation to the disappearance of a man not seen in two and a half years and known to have ties to the Red Deer area.

Abdikadir Tukhov, 43, of Calgary, was reported missing by friends on Dec. 11, 2016 and was last seen on Dec. 5, 2016, leaving a residence in the community of Abbeydale.
