Graf wins Alberta Junior Championship

Carter Graf is Alberta’s junior boys golf champion for 2019.

The Sylvan Laker scratched out a one-over 71 in the final round at Highwoods Golf and Country Club to eke out a one-stroke victory over Ethan de Graaf of Calgary.

Lacombe’s Brady McKinlay finished third overall at plus-3 for the tournament.

Logan Graf, Carter’s younger brother, and Cole Bergheim finished tied for 18th at plus-17.
