Investigation ongoing after man killed in alleged ‘domestic matter’

CALGARY – Police in Calgary are investigating after a man in his 40s was killed in what they allege was a “domestic matter.”

The City says in a statement that officers were called to a home in the city’s northeast Friday night for a reported assault.

Paramedics pronounced the male victim dead at the scene, and a woman in her 50s was taken into custody.
