EDMONTON- A whopping 696,000 people have voted in advance polls ahead of tomorrow’s provincial election.
That shatters the previous record of 235,000 in 2015.
A rule change allowed early voters to cast ballots anywhere, not just in the constituencies where they live.
NDP Leader Rachel Notley is headed to campaign in Calgary today while UCP Leader Jason Kenney plans to join candidates door knocking in Edmonton.
