Sport groups invited to participate in Xplore Sport Day

Xplore Sport Day, Red Deer’s annual celebration of sport, is happening Sunday, May 26, 2019 and The City of Red Deer is seeking applications from local sport groups interested in participating.

Xplore Sport Day is an annual celebration of sport that offers Red Deerians of all ages opportunities to try out a variety of sports and recreation activities available in our city.

Servus Arena, Rotary Recreation Park and Red Deer Tennis Club
11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

An open house format, the event features information sessions, demonstrations and interactive activities presented by local sport organizations. Guests are encouraged to check out the displays, participate in demos and learn about new activities for themselves and their family members.

Sport groups interested in participating are asked to submit a completed application form by Friday, May 10, 2019 that indicates the type of presence you’d like to have at the event (display booth, demonstration or interactive activity).
