Man dies in Leduc workplace accident

A work place accident has claimed the life of a 45-year-old man in the City of Leduc.

It happened on Mar. 4 where RCMP, Leduc Fire Services, Alberta Health Services Emergency Services and STARS air ambulance were dispatched to the scene.

Once Emergencies Services arrived on scene it was confirmed that a 45 year old male had died.

Mounties say next of kin notification has been complete and no one else was injured in the accident.

Police say the investigation has determined there was nothing suspicious about the accident and the investigation has been handed over to Alberta’s Operational Health and Safety.
