Supportive living facility opens in Red Deer County
A new local designated supportive living facility has opened up in Red Deer County.
The first residents moved into The Hamlets at Red Deer (338 Liberty Ave.) earlier in February.
Located southwest of Gasoline Alley, the facilities boasts 136 net-new living spaces where seniors who have more complex needs — including dementia — can get support for their health and persional needs.
The Hamlets at Red Deer is owned and operated by H&H Total Care Services Inc., with AHS contracting 72 spaces for supportive living, and 54 for specialized dementia care.
