Habitat for Humanity victim of theft at Sylvan Lake build site
SYLVAN LAKE- A tool trailer break-in and theft occurred at the Habitat for Humanity construction site in Sylvan Lake in the early morning hours of Wednesday, February 27.
The construction manager and a build partner noticed the break-in when they arrived at the site.
The trailer stored construction tools for building the home, and had its locked doors pried open.
It is estimated that about $2000 – $3000 worth of tools and equipment were stolen, including table saws, chop saws, nail guns, and other tools.
