Red Deer sets new record low for Feb. 26

RED DEER- Environment Canada numbers show we set a new record low yesterday (Tuesday) in Red Deer.
The coldest temperature recorded at the Red Deer Regional Airport was -36.1.
That tops the old record of -33.9 that was set back in 1956.
Windchill at times was near -50.
