Schreiner running again in Red Deer – North
Kim Schreiner is seeking another term in office.
The Alberta NDP announced Wednesday night that Schreiner will carry the party nomination for Red Deer – North the next provincial election.
Schreiner is in her first term as MLA for the riding after being elected in 2015. She serves as deputy chair of the Standing Committee on the Alberta Heritage Savings Trust Fund, a member of the Special Standing Committee on Members’ Services and as a member of the Standing Committee on Alberta’s Economic Future.
Prior to becoming MLA Schreiner worked as a health and safety representative with her union local, with resident advisory and family councils and as a parent council volunteer with her school.
