Notre Dame grad project supporting child advocacy centre
Each year the graduating class from École Secondaire Notre Dame High School chooses a charity to raise funds for through their Grad Service Project.
This year they have chosen to support the Central Alberta Child Advocacy Centre (CACAC).
The graduating class along with their school community wore blue Tuesday in support of National Child Day which is an initiative through the CACAC which reaffirms Canada’s commitment to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC).
The small act of wearing blue helps to raise awareness of the rights of children in Alberta and contributes to a healthy environment where children can prosper with adequate resources.
