Broderson recognized as Men’s Golf All-Canadian

RDC golfer Chase Broderson was honoured as a CCAA Men’s Golf All-Canadian at the CCAA Awards Banquet at the Medicine Hat Lodge on Monday.

The first-year college golfer from Lacombe earned three medals at the ACAC Golf Championships Alberta Springs on October 29 – 30.

Broderson helped the RDC Mixed Golf team earn gold. He was also a key member of the bronze medal winning Kings, while also earning individual silver with a two-round total of 151 (73 + 78).

The Red Deer College Queens & Kings Golf teams are in Medicine Hat for Nationals Tuesday and Wednesday.

Members of the ACAC silver medal winning Queens are competing at Desert Blume Golf Club are Shaye Leidenius, Chloe Sies and Bradie Ouellette-Pillman.

Broderson, Darin Bertschi, Logan Hill, Gaige Weseen and Landon Kletke are representing the ACAC bronze winning Kings on the national stage.
