Judi says she tried to quit smoking last year while in school for an education degree, smoking up to a pack a day due to the stress.

She was unsuccessful quitting on her own and realized she would benefit more from the Walk or Run to Quit in-person program.

“The in-store program gave me the social support I needed. Part of my problem was that I isolated myself and coming to the store forced me out of my isolation.”
