Town of Drayton Valley announces new CAO

The Town of Drayton Valley has announced a new Chief Administrative Officer.

Winston Rossouw has been appointed as the next CAO of the town, after previously working for Brazeau County.

“His professional experience and strong leadership qualities will be a good fit for the organization and the community and we look forward to working with him,” Mayor Michael Doerksen.

Rossouw brings 16-years of combined global municipal/private sector knowledge and, leadership experience to the role of CAO. 

His academic background is well rounded and has two under graduate degrees majoring in Civil Engineering and Project Management coupled with a master’s degree majoring in Business Administration and Contract Law.
